NEW YORK, January 25, 2010 – Reinforcing its commitment to developing leaders at all levels, global public relations leader Porter Novelli today announced that Scott Grubin has joined the company as chief talent officer and partner. In this role he will be responsible for the global acquisition of top talent, and will develop and oversee the agency’s programs and policies related to recruitment, retention, professional development, diversity and benefits. He also will be charged with ensuring all of these efforts are aligned with the agency’s strategic growth goals. He will report to Porter Novelli’s Global President Anthony Viceroy.

“Chief among the differentiators between communications agencies is their people, and Porter Novelli has long been committed to not just staffing the agency with the best and the brightest, but to building leaders at every level of the agency,” said Viceroy. “In this continuously evolving marketing communications landscape, Porter Novelli is dedicated to bringing in leading communications and vertical-industry experts who can develop sophisticated, cutting-edge programs to help clients engage with their target consumers.”
