Global communications leaderPorter Novelli has been named the best multinational consultancy to work for in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at the 2011 SABRE Awards held in a ceremony in Prague, Czech Republic. The agency network also claimed three other honors in the annual industry awards ceremony.
The SABRE Awards, which recognize Superior Achievement in Branding and Reputation, are managed by The Holmes Group, a leading global public relations publishing operation. The night’s winners were selected from among more than 2,000 entries.

Other awards won by the Porter Novelli network on the night include:
- Apex Communications Porter Novelli(Kenya) won the top prize in the Household Products category for the “Surprisingly Lifebuoy” campaign on behalf of Unilever Kenya;
- Apex Communications Porter Novelli (Kenya)won the Africa Geographic SABRE for the “Surprisingly Lifebuoy” campaign on behalf of Unilever Kenya;
- Nicola Porter Novelli (Romania)earned the Balkans Geographic SABRE for the “Right to Read” campaign for OTP Bank Romania.
