Global public relations leader Porter Novelli (PN) today unveiled significant enhancements to “Porter Novelli Radar,” its reputation management and issues tracking service. In addition to delivering in-depth analysis of print, broadcast and social media, PN Radar now includes web-based reporting, legal and regulatory tracking and social media geo-tagging capabilities.

Over the last three years, PN Radar has provided issues monitoring services for more than 50 high-profile clients, supporting 200 separate crises and creating nearly 3,500 reports. PN Radar’s command centers are housed in the agency’s Atlanta, London and Brussels offices, connecting with Porter Novelli offices from Asia to Latin America. With the upgrade of PN Radar, reports can now be delivered in Spanish to address Hispanic markets.
