Global public relations leader Porter Novelli (PN) has appointed two new partners to the firm. These appointments come in recognition of a deep commitment to attracting and developing the best talent; delivering strategic, results-oriented programs for clients; and driving strategic, sustainable growth for the agency.
The partners are:
- Dave Black, executive vice president and cofounder of Voce Communications, a Porter Novelli company
- Paul George, executive vice president and global director of Porter Novelli’s health and wellness practice
Porter Novelli’s partner program is comprehensive and robust. With only 17 partners at the company, candidates must meet stringent criteria. Partners are evaluated by the executive committee each year in order to retain their partner status.
“Dave and Paul are two of Porter Novelli’s top leaders, and they have contributed significantly to the agency’s growth and continued development as a talent-focused organization,” said Karen van Bergen, chief executive officer. “I am pleased to recognize their contributions to the agency, our clients and the industry.”
Black cofounded Voce Communications in 1999, which was acquired by Porter Novelli in 2011. Black manages operations, finance and human resources for Voce, in addition to leading the agency’s work with major technology clients.
George leads Porter Novelli’s global health & wellness practice. He has spearheaded its significant growth, bringing the teams from each region together to form a global practice and winning significant new business.
